The strategy and main initiatives have been revealed, and I am not happy that I wasn't a part of the strategy in any way.

I am not happy that I wasn't introduced to the team as one of leaders in the product team. I am not happy that they don't know my role as a leadership person.

That I didn't have a chance to be introduced in a proper manner.

My goal was to go to a smaller company, so I can have a bigger role in influencing the decision making.I also did it, so my role is presented to track - leadership track.

It's very hard for me to put in extra hours and be motivated with this approach.

Yesterday I had a happy hour with my friend  - Margo.

- paid ads - better to use third party providers because fb is expensive, and players overlap. A big portion of optimization is needed to get to good kpi

- video 20-30 sec is better

- play right away mechanics are ready and have good kpi

- funnel is broken, because click rate is high, install is not

- DDC has pretty good organic install rates

- desktop conversion to payer is low. desktop player aquisition is low.
