Here's what happening at work:
I see a lot of problems on the team level, all because Andrea is so bad at forming effective teams. Why he doesn't take the actions to improve?
New hire who doesn't know anything about the process is tasked to do the process.
Meetings where there are a lot of talking, little action.
Definition of process : Pat - I talk to Sage tomorrow about the prototype. I have notes written on the page as feedback.- do we want microsoft process? does he know a company where the process was amazing. why it will work in our company.
As a manager:
- let's him work on something he is not strong at.
- no clear ownership
- he thinks you are the owner of the process.
My job this week:
- content presentation for DUC
- PSA spec
- Active payer analysis
