Yesterday I had a happy hour with my friend  - Margo.

Here's what I learned:

- paid ads - better to use third party providers because fb is expensive, and players overlap. A big portion of optimization is needed to get to good kpi

- video 20-30 sec is better

- play right away mechanics are ready and have good kpi

- funnel is broken, because click rate is high, install is not

- DDC has pretty good organic install rates

- desktop conversion to payer is low. desktop player aquisition is low.
