My needs are : adored/ remembered, loyalty, power, quietness
Ideally you should ask 5 people to satisfy your needs in different ways
Don't expect one person to satisfy all your needs.
Find ways to satisfy your needs yourself: massage, facial etc.
Daddy's needs:
1. to be heard
2. to share joy of his accomplishments
3. to be needed
How can I ask for loyalty? How can I get power without owning enterprise? How can I ask to be adored and remembered?

Personal Leadership insights
Today we had strength and past exercise. here are the cool things I learned:
1. Write down your name, now write it with another hand. Does it look similar? Does each give the same impression of you? One is easy and flawless, the other is lousy and random.
2. Focusing on strengths of your teamamate or employee will make them 99% productive.
3. Mingle vs. Learn. For me it is learn
4. Conceptual thinker vs. Arythmetic
5. If you are an achiever, be aware people sometime don't share the same goals.
6 !!! Under stress we go for our strength, sometime it is not the way to go
My strength:
Connectedness, Ideation, Input, Belief, Maximizer
I woke up tired. A lil bit nervous, my emotional life is not too good. I am shaky.
So now I am going just relax and read.
Today I was a hurricane! I finished a LOR and send 2 reps to Kz.
And went to Acro too.
Stayed till 1am. Slept bad.
But it worth it I am glad I finished it.
Lots more to do. I am going to be a strong wind everyday!
Sunday was horrible. I felt sick, throat. And pessimistic. Kind of didn't wanna do anything.
Now it is 5 in the morning. Monday. I slept so good and realized something. Besides, GMAT and app, I also have tones of things I haven't finished yet. Those things made me anxious, at the same time making me feel tired.
I feel wonderful, calm and confident. Today I am going to finish old-story things, and start my new stories:)

Today I worked nicely with Manhattangmat RC book, very helpful I think. Planning to work tomorrow in B&N again with the same book and with SC.
In the morning I wrote essays a lil.
So now:

Tomorrow:

Tried to do the test, couldn't finish.
I felt sick all day, but may it is for a reason. I watched Rum Diaries, an inspiring movie.
I feel better and full of optimism.
Tomorrow after sports acro I am going to look for presents and go work with manhattangmat books.
In the evening I hope to finish the test.

Morning, I am worried. I think I haven't done enough. I think I am behind my schedule. Basically I have exactly 2 weeks to finish applications for these 2 schools: Stanford, Kellogg.
Resume, will do till the end of the week:
1) contact alumni again, no response from the ones I wrote to, so right to Amber again, Methew, and Kazakh guy from Stanford.
Write to Kellogg students as well. Basic question is- how K/S can help me to achieve my goal.
Find and contact Kazakhs and Russians!
2) Finish essays! For real it is your number 1 priority!
3) redo my resume, start application
This is it. Only 3 things. Do them. Finish. Kill'em all.
After that you will have only 10 days left. Use these 10 days to show your application to every important person, pray, and submit
