I am in Kellogg downtown office. Happy here. I had a heated discussion with Tim Stojka and Sonny Garg. I learned that no matter how hard it is going, even if it is failing. Have a face, joke, and be relaxed. In any conversation just have some fun, dont be over worried.

Now I am good.

Three main big issues are up here: McKinsey interview prep, I should send emails now! Energy foundry is not really my type of job, What are good VC funds are out there?  What cool startups are up there. It is probably VC or my own startup.

Dear diary I want to write down everything that is in my mind. Projects and tasks Really happy with NU Vention energy project. Should write down timeline for next 3 weeks. and tasks for the next week. With Impact investing I should just let it go. I should write to my loveliest - Stephanie, Dauren, Diana, Criselda I should call my mom- to ask to help my dad, and buy me tickets. For next three weeks - I work morning to evening, and wont even open my computer over the weekend. This quarter I didn't invite a lot of people to my place - it is upsetting me, I have also not gotten to impact investing, my team totally killed me. I did polar plunge though - smart crazy ass. Risky and bold, and loving - this is who I am. I knew and know it. I also had a meeting with Cast, so I did some of it. yay!…

Need to: Macro econ read and do homework, haven't done anything so far. Put 5 -6 hours of reading every week on Macro. Impact investing do research, call Shynar for a team. Really fast come up with self study project.

I am frustrated here with my team for Impact investing. I took this class, and want to win the competition. Looks like my team doesn't even want to meet once. This team doesn't share the same perspectives and will be hard to work with. The fact that they didn't want to show up, one is coming late  means that they don't really care about getting something great out of it.

Well. How are you going to deal with it? Find a new team. How? really learn what you want to do , what is the idea of the project. Find 1 industry expert, and 1 finance guy who will win the competition with me.

Think deeply about it today. Reach out to Allie, Buddha, John  and go for it. You must win it!

What is important? Last week of classes, enjoying my time with hult presentation guys. What important is Ops presentation and ops prep in general. Secondly important is VC final, and lastly Effortless presentation. Dear diary, I have 15 minutes till my departure to Miami and then to Cuba. I am centered and free, quite happy. I want to relax read, and think. Fidel Castro and his revolution – is legendary, and that is what I am going to see. Ernest Hemingway. Cuba sells sugar, coffee, fish, and fruits; I am going to try all of it. Then I am so looking forward to staying 3 days home with Zoli and Meru, my favorite people. January 13 I am in my apartment 20-st floor. I need someone to love and look for, heheh. yesterday was it productive? Morning 9-1 I spent answering and sending emails. Good thing- I invited Muslim community to my place. The rest is just bookkeeping. Then I went to class. After class 3-5 I spent with Matan talking regressions. 5-7 spent in QSR doing slides. 8 went to sleep! slept till 8 am. 12 hour sleep. I am capable! In general good - but not awesomissimo Today, I plan submit clean energy trust application. Sent slides to Claire. Talk to prof. Chen. As for bigger picture. I should do in terms of job: 1. 7 is such a nice number. When I look at it, I feel home.

Midnight. I had a good day. I run 3 miles 20 minutes, easy. I went to my capoeira lesson. It was awesome. I pitched the idea to NU Vention. I am satisfied. Most of all I had some good time with my team.
