Are you ready to be “independent”?
Glad to see you again on my page! A moment that I always tried to escape from caught me – being independent! I thought I was until I faced true experiences during these 3 weeks at NU in Astana (see picture below). My summer vacation days suddenly turned into busy academic hours, all of which require self-awareness in keeping up with curriculum. Choosing my own way By the way, this year’s program differentiates in comparison with previous methods used in Foundation Year Program. Truly, it was a bit shock for most of us, since we have to cover all science subjects and humanities simultaneously. Before entering NU, I chose the School of Engineering as my major for following undergraduate courses, meaning that I don’t have much experience in chemistry and biology! So, I hope that I’ll do well…
