What is my team? What is my goal?

What honestly goal I have at starting and venturing my gaming business?

One - learn marketing and seeing hat it takes to bring an app to #1 in charts

Second - seeing first paying customers and enjoying

Third - working with fun people

Fourth - make a lot of money

My achievement goal looks like this - app up and running this summer and we have paying customers. I have in my team - Max, an engineer in Ukraine or Kazakhstan, a fun 2d Animator, a game designer,  marketing girl who is focused on killing the market,  - Archie and board of directors Archie and Shashwat. I think Max is detrimental to this process. From Vitalik and Ann I will figure out people who can help me.

For the first phase Max, myself, animator, and one more engineer will work. Anyway, by next Tuesday after my meeting with Archie let me figure it out.

It's not a business, it's an experiment. Experiment think of it this way. Go home and write it on your board - say challenge - can I bring $1000 in revenue by the end of he summer with this business? Whoah, what an interesting business.

Second, my goal about my job is clear too - get in front of Koreans many times, get in front of Joe nicely. Get his trust.
