Now that you know what you worry about - the answer is - don't over-complicate things. Today call John tell him you cannot give him more. On thing I could do is give him 20K as a m-transh and 20K for 20% of the company, and must be paid off in 3 months, and must give me monthly 20% of revenue. But I think no.

Let's keep it clean and simple.

25K: all expenses together, 30K at the moment of d day. Everything we do - 60% me, 40% him.

Now jobs - maybe take scopely job and take Bayram job, and work non-stop July-August -September- October. June - 10 days with John - 6 days home- 10 days with dad. What I'd like to do - work another 2 weeks nicely at DDI - go for vacation for 3 weeks really travelling with fun - India, Morocco, Nice etc. then come back and work another 2 weeks. Then move to LA- start work on July 7th, work July,August, September. In October Vacation in NY with dad for holidays, Or in November Europe with dad. Work Fridays from Seattle, why? because my dad's health care is here and he needs some assistance on the weekends. Till the end of August. I cannot move him to LA at the moment. In September 2nd go home take him back for 10 days, and come back full and ready.

I did a nice job and calculated salary with each permutation. My goal is to get additional $4000 in cash on top of Redox job, and think it is doable. Okay - I really want to get the Redox offer. I can also make money by renting my place for 1 month and living in Astana and make up the difference.

While I am working nicely at my new job, I am imagining I will be first traveling and enjoying, second I will be working nicely for Bayram, and working nicely on learning cloud and azure and sql.

If I work at Redox, then: I will take a 3 week vacation - super relaxing. the I will start working and go to Chicago and Madison to meet the team and have beer. And in Chicago go and swim everyday. So I will need to make sure I am successful at the job within the first two months. In September start working with Bayram, and enjoy.

Ah, there are so many things I'd like to do.

Really if I get 240K plus in LA - I am taking it.
