The San Bernardino County grand jury will be conducting an investigation of the Newberry Springs Community Services District starting Tuesday, preceding the district's regularly scheduled meeting.
In response to a subpoena of financial documents the CSD received in August, the grand jury recently requested further documentation.
Paulette Marshall, general manager of the CSD, confirmed that they had complied with the subpoena and were working toward gathering more documents to appease the full request.
