This week I:
- publish 2 new apps with whatever assets I have
- talk to marketing advice and trademark advice
- understand the load and crash issues
Monday: prepare assets; schedule marketing phone call, trademark phone call, talk to N regarding the crash issue.

Think about promoting, marketing etc. a week later
I am kind of consumed by the opportunity to start a company. I know that there are a lot of unknowns. How can you win in this battle. I see a couple opportunities: a)cater for low end devices, ipads; b) understanding the server making sure it doesn't crash.
Talks with N:
- understanding the server and crashes issue, identifying how to bring solve this issue.
On the other hand, I know that if I won't move fast with building and testing whatever is out there. Speed is most important or?
I would say this:
- make sure you understand what to do to make sure you don't crash even when you have 500 new awesome games.
- do marketing with 5 titles. Fun and easy marketing.
Till the end of the next week figure out marketing and server problems. In order to do that, you don't need a freelance designer, what you can do is
- change symbols in the game with 2 new visual assets. I need to prepare the assets for my game :
- schedule a phone call with marketing people
- schedule a phone call with trademark person
- find a Russian person
Do I get a good - okay looking game and then use 2 - 3 game themes to market and see what works?
Key drivers of this business:
- technical smoothness - make sure it never crushes - Dale
- download time even for low end devices
- known brands
- gambler features and gambler retention features
- customer service hot line
- dynamic analytics, ability to dynamically change payouts etc.
