Slightly over 6 months passed, since I joined this company and moved to Seattle. Did I grow? What did I achieve?

I gained confidence in American company. it's good.

I come up with brilliant b idea. I am going to pursue. it's awesome

I am frequent in capoeira, and learned some new tricks: bridge -out of bridge.

I understood that I don't want to code, but can lead technical team

My goal at job now is to: a) educate and publish my research for the entire company, educate executives; b) go with the next research and actually learn things - whale research; c) gather a small set of supporters under myself; d) build something small.

My achievements at work:

pitched in front game designers in Reno

prepared presentation for a VP

My achievement outside of work:

capoeira, friends, started coding.

I have drown a line on the sand, saying today I have accomplished a lot at work and settled myself well in Seattle. Thank you God for the fair wind. Now I need to taka e a big step of building my own thing. This thing is - functioning app - MCP, minimum competitive product. From now on, I am making it a strategic movement to go build it everyday, just like I was learning the gmat, I will be learning the whistles of the app.

Dependencies: I need to learn math model with Erik. How do I do it. I start it today, and go from there. The rest - no dependencies, rest is just work with Ann. It will be there soon! Yay. I would say by the end of this year, just publish what you can build. You and only you. Another dependency- art - find freelancer to get some good art.

About the app this week:

1. go get the art for good marketing promotion.

2. find a trademark lawyer schedule time with him. learn on the internet.

What do I do? Do I focus on marketing side, hence art and start promoting it on fb, or backend - build good math model. I would say - marketing. Go with the crazy flow - publish it and promote it, and see what they say. Hahaha. So interesting.

The metric - how many people will download the app, how much did it cost me to get someone download it. Will see, hahahaha
