In the last couple days I liked I what I did. On Monday I spent some time to sort out my questions with visa. I have found a solution.
Yesterday - Tuesday - I had a conversation with investor green card lawyer:
1. It is easier than most people think
2. Timeline: 3 months to prep docs; 1.5 years waiting for approval; 2 months to go get the visa; another 2 years to remove conditions. In 4 years you have to show that you employed 10 full time workers.
3. You can add up hours of many workers to say you have employed 10 people
4. You can take out a loan under your investment abroad as collateral and invest
5. 80% people get the first round - conditional greencard; 90% of those get full green card
6. Funds - show your business is real - website, pictures, photos, tax reports; real estate agents, contracts, property appraisal.
Also, yesterday I spent 3 hours for jobs and had some good results.
