I am very overwhelmed by the difficulties in this period of my life. I am very glad I didn't pulled the plunge with B. Here are the things I am working on now:

+ leanin - getting the leanin team finish the amazing data project. Then transition away from leadership team to project lead role. Have Dina or Jenny represent our team.

+ my startup project. leading the team, operating it, balancing the budget, specing things. I need to lead - quantum leap in order to release it. If I was doing just my this, I would've gotten it. hey

+ buying a house. I want to buy house in February. Get in contact with lenders, with realtors, make a decision, and buy the house! Exciting!

+ My coach and my decision to be around people who bring me joy and who nourish me. Curious, selfless, adventurous inspired people
