HOW TO BECOME A LEADER, OR A FEW TIPS FOR "UNEASY" BY SCHOOL PUPILS?

And it is on these figures, in the first place, that the outcome of any party depends, since they are the centers of the whole system"Are leaders born or made?". How do you answer that question? My opinion is that leaders become. Anyone can be anyone. But not immediately! In support of this, there are a large number of examples of people who have molded themselves with their own hands and have become leaders in many areas.

Yes, a certain percentage of people may have leadership potential, but the potential itself is not yet a guarantee that a person will become a real leader in life.

To become a leader, you need to be clear about who it is. In psychology, this is the name of a person who in a certain team (class, group, organization, division, team) enjoys General recognition, has unlimited authority and exerts influence in the form of governing actions. By and large, it is the head. Voices goals and objectives, makes responsible decisions, solves problem situations, convinces everyone to go in the same direction, is a conductor between superiors (teacher, Dean, Director of the enterprise) and subordinates (students, employees).

Many people ask how to become a leader in the classroom, what to do, what are the ways, tips and recommendations of psychologists in this matter. After all, leaders are not born, they become in the process of strong desire and work on themselves. As long as you do not make yourself a leader, you are not who they won't.

In this article you will learn how to become a leader in the classroom, what to do, what are the tips of psychologists and how to apply them in practice. After all, leaders receive more attention, especially from the opposite sex, they achieve more in life and become happier. Apply our tips and you will also be able to become a leader not only in the classroom, but also in life, in the student environment and at work.

1. Increase your self-confidence.

To become a leader in a class, you need confidence, if you don't become a leader, someone else will. So, rate the level of confidence of your competitors and make your self-esteem and confidence is higher than theirs. To do this, become stronger, smarter and better at everything. Do not be afraid to show your courage, perseverance, willpower and determination. Try to be a leader in everything. Learn better and participate in all activities in the school.

2. Learn to communicate with the class.

To become a leader in the classroom, do not obey the one who wants to become a leader, try to learn to communicate with your class and separately with all students. Joke, help each other and then they will begin to consider you a leader. Many people like calmness and accordingly your confidence and determination will help them, to blame you for all the responsibility.

3. Take responsibility.

To become a class leader, you need to not only be better at everything, but also learn to take responsibility for yourself and for the class. Do not be afraid to stand up for everyone and help in difficult times. If you are asked for help, do not refuse. To be a leader in the classroom is not so simple, so understand if you need it.

4. Communicate with leaders.

Also, to become a class leader, you need to communicate with other leaders from other classes or not from school at all. When you talk to real leaders, you can learn a lot from them. As they say with whom you will be led, from that and you will gather. Communicate is all you need for leadership, but don't forget about learning and leadership in all areas of the class.

5. It is necessary to "pump" the following qualities:

* Self-control-whatever the situation, you need a "cool" head to make decisions; train to manage your emotions.

* Interest in people - in order for people to be ready to follow you, they must understand that you care about their success or difficulties, that you are also interested in them, in achieving their goals. So communicate, ask, help, then you can.

* Responsibility - you will have to learn to take responsibility for yourself and your life first (without complaining, whining about the government or bad weather). Then learn to take responsibility for others, for the common goals of the team. Take the tasks that everyone is afraid to take on themselves, think about how to solve them, attract and interest others in its solution.

* Ability to delegate-alone you will achieve much less than a team. Therefore, it is important for you to learn to see the strengths and weaknesses of the environment, to be able to distribute the tasks on the forces, to motivate and trust.

* Perseverance and optimism-the leader must believe in success, even when everyone around has given up. To believe and put this faith in others, to motivate, to charge for success.

* Openness-the leader should not be greedy, leave his experience and knowledge for himself; he should generously share his discoveries with others, because his goal is not only his own success, but also the success of the whole team.

Of course, that's not all. Whole books and series of trainings are devoted to leadership. This phenomenal quality can be argued for a long time. I will add only that punctuality, organization, efficiency, good physical shape and pleasant appearance will not prevent.
