This holiday season is loving and kindness time. Time to acknowledge that the Universe is loving, forgiving and kind, and It hopes that we can move towards being loving, forgiving and kind. There is no question that it requires a not trivial amount of strength to distribute kindness no matter what. But Universe is keep doing it. The Universe is blind to assoults, demands and not fair treatment. I hope we can pass the time to sort out the things between You and I for after holidays time. And hope we can forward the universal feeling of beloningness to everyone who tocuhed our lifes with good or bad intentions.

I would like to ask to be promoted to become a lead product manager. I think it is the right time. It will give me confidence to apply to permanent status with DDI, and build a strong team.

I thought about the three options of development at DDi we discussed last time. I wanted to ask you for promotion if I decide to stay with DDC main, as part of the decsison making process for me. The promotion will help me solidify my efforts with the teams I am already leading, and will give me confidence to go for permanent  status process with DDC.  Feel valued and confident in building the new team we want to build here.
