Life changes fast. I am sitting in the Starbucks. I will need to go to work in one hour.

I am writing to express my thoughts and tune myself in the right objective focus. I am excited!

I need to build energy and confidence at work. I see this guy - director off Ellen who is pretty good impression leader. I should lead from within now. I don't have experience in leading from within. I should build trust and respect, and I should be someone they like talking to, someone they like learning from. Or what do I do?

Well, first thing I think is showing how much I like games and how much knowledge I can bring. I should do a study as soon as possible. I should produce some awesome studies fast.

I feel like I am behind, because I wasn't doing anything for the first four weeks. So if I work fast this week, I can produce something by the end of the week, and build up confidence. Then I won't have the feeling that I am behind for two weeks, I will just have feeling of confidence. I should:

1. play bingo a lot

Your personal things forget about it till 4pm, then do it all.

Only thing do taxes today. Otherwise it is good.

Good girl, go and get it.

Also, it is pretty clear I have not very focused and smart boss. I will need to manage him pretty well, and pretty strong. What he likes. He likes to show me off, to show product team, to boost his importance in the firm. And I will do it. I will boost it.

Get a couple quick and fast goals. Navigate Nacho well. I need:

1. someone in gaming - who can teach me, who can guide me in gaming industry and show him knowledge. May be it is Luke. It is probably Thomas though

2. someone who can navigate me in leadership - show me how to navigate my progression.

3. and I have my personal coach.

Okay. I will do taxes and then I will get back to you.
