It is like mergers and acquisitions in business – if there is no strategic fit between merging companies – that incompatible fit will destroy and make bankrupt both of the companies... The same is with us – we may be together some time, but will not realize our fullest potential, and will be stuck to each other, ignoring other opportunities for growth and self-realisation...
For me, as for the creative person, self-realisation and expressing myself in my everyday life is more than important, it is the thing I cannot live without... with him, I cannot express myself, I stopped to write, stopped to be the machine generating new ideas, I used to be before...
The long story short – there is no strategic fit, where each of the part can use their own strategic capabilities and competitive advantage to create something better... there is no synergy effect when there sum of two parts gives more value that each part can... it is straight opposite – the sum of two parts gives less value than two singles.....
