What did I do today:
1. I did 20 questions on SC from Official verbal
2. I did 1 text(hardest one) RC from Official verbal
3. I wrote to Sandy
4. I sent essay for review to veritas
Conclusion: from now try to put more attention on what is the progress rather than what you have accomplished. For example:
1. I really understood algebra topics from manhattan gmat tests.
2. I didn't understand anything from RC, and I am making the same mistakes. Solution : really read! Read like maniac! I need a workshop on RC with Laura. O.k. one thing i learned:
a) if it is an inference question the answer is in the text, don't assume or suggest, just look in the text for the prove!
3. I learned new rules for SC, for example:
a) The commission proposed that funding for development of the park, which could be open to the public yearly next year, be obtained through a local bond issue. (subjunctive mood)
b) Judge denied a motion to allow members of the jury to go home at the end of each day rather than be confined to a hotel. (parallel structure)
c) In the letters to the historian Tacitus, the nephew of Pliny the Elder wrote the only eyewitness account for the great eruption of Vesuvius. ( i don't even know what it is all about)
Tomorrow:
- finish reviewing manhattan gmat tests.
- do full verbal part
- work on recoms.
