Center “Kenes” has its own Mini-Zoo. In this small zoo there are pony with nickname Zhuldyz, a lamb Rosa, and the favorite by all children goat Rudolf.
Our children under the direction of the instructor Konishcheva Larissa Irachevna look after animals. Rosa is cut by two times a year - in the spring and in the autumn. This wool is collected, washed, scratched, painted by children and then they do different handmade things. The pony Zhuldyz rolls small children of the center since spring till the autumn. Teenagers with the great pleasure like to harness Zhuldyz and to roll small children in the cart. Children like to play with goat Rudolf, because goat is tame and good circus actor, he plays with children, likes to rise on back hoofs, thereby, showing to children as he is glad to see them.
The care of animals stimulates children to be kind, to feel their importance and they understand how their work is necessary and useful to a small zoo.
At formation of skills of care of animals, in children’s behavior arise interest to work, and also other human values – patience, care of animals.
