#100daysOfIELTS r1d17 01.02.2019
watched several new TED talsk. I've subscribed to TED via the feedly RSS web and mobile app.
Attended a meeting with collegues from Almaty, Moscow and Milan. It was very stressful to listen to our subcontractor failing to meet deadlines and providing not very specific contract offer.
Had a long practice of English speaking with my wife via WhatsApp video call. A couple of months ago it was hard and uncomfortable to speak in English, because we used to speak in Russian to each other, however we both know English. Funny, that it is easier to convey high level concepts but not the mundane everyday words and phrases about house routines.
This texts starts to grow a lot. So I must to stop forcefully and switch to cleaning and doing laundry, because today is Saturday and I am writing about Friday, not to confuse an occasional reader.
The original idea of 100 days of coding (or other things) I read in Alexander Kallaway's blog. He wrote about twitter and short descripiton of a day spent coding and learning. But I want to practice also English skills, that's why I write a rather elaborate text.
Consistency and habit creation do miracles and can transform lifes of people.
