Workshop-training on the theme “Effective water use and water conservation: standards and mechanisms”
The Scientific Research and Education Center “Green Academy” in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 19-20 will conduct the workshop-training on the theme “Effective water use and water conservation: standards and mechanisms” for heads of the departments and deputy heads of the basin inspections of the Committee on water resources
The aim of the workshop is familiarization with the international experience and water conservation and water efficiency technologies.
Under the workshop participants will familiarize with the action plan of the State Program on water resources management of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2020 years, amendments in water legislation of Kazakhstan, Germany and Finland experience in the field of water conservation and efficient water use, features of water rationing during the irrigation, water efficiency mechanisms etc.
As lecturers of the workshop will be involved the “i+f process GmbH” (Germany) and «Ahma Engineers» experts, representatives of the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Kazakh Vodokanalproekt” etc.
