Why should I use the ranged-only installation?

I utilized a SGS to train out of 89-99 Strength, therefore it is definitely an acceptable training weapon if you plan to train strength. It is going to RS gold probably replace your Guthans so you may sell that, Ranger Boots aren't really a requirement (snakeskin can replace them, sacrificing +5 Ranged bonus).
