- This is a complete new implementation of the training of qualified teachers. And we are already seeing the first fruits. 12 thousand certified teachers this year will receive a substantial premium to the salary of 30 to 100%. 120 thousand - almost half of all teachers in Kazakhstan - will take these courses in Cambridge program.

However, problems remain unsolved emergency schools, the lack of students. In more than fifteen hundred rural schools do not have the points. There is a shortage of about  2,000 teachers.
