Opened fire on an open-air concert Stephen Paddock, 64, from the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay Hotel. Police are still trying to find out why he had done it. The police found in their room 23 guns, firearms and explosives at home.

According to the sheriff of Las Vegas, Joseph Lombardo was destroyed in his issue. The special police unit had to use explosives to penetrate into his room. Later, the Las Vegas Police Department issued a press release stating that the shooter was already dead when the Special Forces burst into the room.
