Teambuilding helped the students to get closer to each other

On Saturday, September 9, IT University organized Teambuilding for freshmen. Students were taken to the Butakov Gorge by buses.

The organizers introduced themselves on the bus. After the meeting, the cheerleader suggested playing Crocodile, but the game did not last long. After all, one of the animators had the idea to play an unusual collective game - "Song-battle." The composition of the bus was divided into two teams. Each of them sang the most popular and original songs.

Upon arrival to the destination, the organizers announced a warm-up disco. Then the animators played different games with freshmen. After that, the disco was started again.

At the end of the day, the organizers announced a competition. Students were initially given different colored tapes. Each ribbon personified a separate team. The students were divided into these bands according to commands. The task was: To come up with the original name of the team, the motto, and most importantly the dance flash mob. The students had 30 minutes to complete the assignment.

"In my opinion those dance competitions was very interesting. It helped me to make a new friends, to spend my time with new company. All of the flashmobs were energetic and amazing. The music was loud and it overjoyed me. I want my university to organize more events like that team building" - Nurlan Nazerke, the first-year student of IT University

The purpose of this event was to unite all the students. Someone has found many new friends. Someone became closer with his group. Someone had a good time with a loved one. Yes, the students are different. But they are united by one thing: All of them had a great time in Butakovskoe Gorge.
