The first Teambuilding of IITU.

September 9, 2017 in the mountains of Zailisky Alatau, namely in the gorge "Butakovka" was very important for the university event - Teambuilding for first-year students. What does the concept of Teambuilding mean? Teambuilding is "building a team", that is uniting someone into one single whole.

At 8 am, all first-year students and organizers (about 700 people!) were gathered near the main entrance to the IITU, where buses had already been waited. Nobody knew what exactly was waiting for them in the mountains. The gorge was, in fact, insanely beautiful, many visitors of our city were delighted with what they saw.
Before coming to the gorge, near the entrance to the university, everyone received ribbons of different colors: pink, lilac, green, red, maroon and so one.
But why these ribbons are needed, they didn't say, it was a surprise. Upon arrival in the gorge, all participants of the event had a picnic. Then the show program began.

At 4 o'clock the first bus already departed, for those who urgently needed to get home. Every hour the bus departed, which took the students to the university. At 7 the last bus left, in which the most persistent first-year students went with the organizers. Everyone was delighted with this teambuilding. "The beauty of nature and a good company - is always a good idea." - said one of participance of this event.
