possibility of creation of a vortex corridor for penetration to the land surface of space radiation.

Introduction.

At bacteriological, viral and microbic infection of some extensive area of the land surface, soil, water, a ground air bed, near-earth atmosphere it is necessary to be able to neutralize, disinfect them effectively. For restoration of conditions to normal further activity.

In this article the new technology of destruction of various viruses, bacteria and microbes on the basis of creation of an air passage from an upper atmosphere to the Earth's surface is described. Through a corridor there will be able to pass different types of space radiation beams. Both real particles, and virtual, in the form of quanta of different types of wave radiations. The corridor is created on the basis of a continuous stream of electromagnetic waves (EMW). Which has strong rotation concerning an axis. For creation of the external field of magnetic induction it is offered to use the principle of a three-phase winding. Space beams have very big energy. Can negatively influence all range of the available bacteria, microbes and viruses. It is possible to consider this method universal and suitable for many various protective and defensive purposes. For example it is possible to test in case of mass invasion of a locust. Which causes huge, irreplaceable damage to the national economy. Completely destroys various crops.

Theoretical solution.

In near-earth space, at some distance from a surface at the level above an ozone layer it is possible to arrange the following simple equipment that is shown in figures 1-3.

3 – powerful radiator of electromagnetic waves, EMW. 1 – EMW metal reflector. 2 – EMW flow directed to the Earth's surface almost. It has very weak degree of divergence. 4 – external coils which create variable rotating around (on external perimeter) magnetic field of B (Vektor). This variation field of B (vektor) can be created by the principle of work of the running field in a stator winding of the three-phase engine of alternating current that is shown in figure 2.

We will call it the rotating EMW a whirlwind. Which inside entirely consists of a stream (matter) of EMW. EMW a whirlwind involves in circular rotary motion literally all particles which in this volume. It can be real physical particles (electrons, protons, neutrons, an alpha, a mu, pi, k – particles, hyperons, etc.). For our case we will also call particles field quanta: scale, X-ray, ultraviolet, infrared radiations. There can be waves and quanta of another, a wave range unknown to us.

The fact that in space all types of these particles and radiations is available-is strongly positive side of the new technology created by us.

Installation will work as follows. The magnetic field of B (vektor) rotating around pulls for itself, involves a continuous stream of EMW 1 in rotation, figure 1. In turn, the rotating stream of EMW-1 brings into rotary, roundabout all loaded, polarized (in whole or in part it is not essential) particles, atoms and molecules of that airspace which appear in a cylinder 2, figure 3. All particles which move on circular orbits gradually are pushed aside from the center in outer side of a cylinder 2. Owing to the centrifugal force and centrifugal acceleration

Near an axis of F-X-O some depression of airspace is formed. As a result of this arisen discharge, space particles will be able to get in inside cylinder and pass down. The flown particles can have two components of speed of V1 and V2. After a set of impacts about side surfaces and reflections from a cylinder wall, most likely there will be a longitudinal speed of V1. All loaded and polarized particles will gather near an external layer of a cylinder. There where is no rotating magnetic field of B (vektor) any more. Or its action is weak. We will call this interface of the particles saved loaded or polarized conditionally cylinder "wall". Thus the wall (the condensed layer of particles) will also serve as a reflective surface which extinguishes the speed of V2. It is a perpendicular component of speed of particles. Purely beam waves can also repeatedly be reflected from this side surface of a cylinder. As a result for all particles of space radiation there is a probability that they will reach the Earth's surface 3. With a certain share of loss certainly.

Thus it is possible to create the device of slow, continuous, "soft" action of a long type. As the listed above all types of space radiations, space particles are dangerous to all wildlife on the earth. Only one ultra-violet radiation does not pass to the earth as a result of protective action of an ozone layer. This device (installation) allows to discharge, disperse an ozone layer easily. In the same way by all other types of dangerous space beams and particles. From which in principle to hide and not to be saved to anybody.

The second, the type of "the smoke device" offered by me is in detail described in the scientific article [1]. There it is offered as a new technical method of reduction of air pollution in strongly smoking industrial, production zones. When to each factory pipe in passing blowing up, strong air stream is attached outside. This wake external ring air stream will be able to carry away internal dirty smoke (but weak) a stream in the top high layers of the atmosphere. If to blow with a sufficient force, then it will be able to take out smoke streams to such layers when it is picked up by a cross atmospheric stream. It is already infinite stream. And all this can leave very far. Therefore, this device my friends, colleagues physics for fun it was called "The In passing-jet smoke of Toksan’s device". I will not stop in detail as everything is clearly stated in the scientific article [1]. Smoke streams, as we know, are very strongly polluted. Including substances, life-threatening bacteria and viruses.

As a result of operation of blast fan 4 in the prechamber 2 excessive pressure is created. Which provides an exit of a ring wake stream 5 vertically in top, in the direction of a boiler house pipe axis.

Thus the ring wake stream 5 takes and entrains a weak smoke stream 6 which leaves a pipe of boiler installation. The type of a ring stream in a section is shown in figure 5.

As a result, the general flow will extend vertically or almost vertically, figure 4.

Atmospheric flows have property to rise (to be carried away) up. For this purpose reasons a little: existence of a vertical gradient of temperature, pressure and density. Therefore, there is a probability that after achievement of some height, the substances which are contained in this ring stream will be not carried away and to extend to big spaces. The dispersion of these substances in a big terrestrial atmosphere will lead to achievement of small values of concentration by them which will be not dangerous. That is they will become lower than the maximum allowable concentration-maximum permissible of concentration values.

Conclusions

1. For rotation of a continuous cylindrical flow of EMW it is offered to influence, impose on it an alternating magnetic field. Which rotates around.

2. The rotating cylindrical flow (a cylindrical cord EMW) in turn sets in rotary roundabout all loaded and polarized particles in a cylinder. Thus some depression from these particles in the central region is created. It creates opportunities for pass of space beams to the land surface.

3. It is ready to cooperate if any organizations (NASA and others similar, similar) or certain people, from around the world, show interest in my these new scientific developments. Let's investigate and implement together to practically useful result. Thanks for attention.
