Madden has about as much to do with NFL
Ruggs has to show his speed in the level so why would Madden speed him the fastest at the expert level? Exactly. Hill has contributed to his team. Professional bowler, all pro, super bowl champ. Until Ruggs does whatever (which hopefully he can ) he won't get exactly the same ratings. We weren't talking about that. Kyler Murray being rated as better than is indefensible at this stage.I do not post much on this sub so let me make clear I'm a Minshew fan and, based on PFF, his completion percentage skyrockets from about 60 to 77 in play activity scenarios so the Jaguars decision to underutilize the play pretend, relative to the league average, was just eccentric. And, according to 538, there does not seem to be any diminishing marginal from the play action pass. In other words, Minshew's play activity number discrepancy is not a consequence of it being used the instinct which play action passes that are overusing doesn't hold up to scrutiny. We just didn't use it last season.

The evaluations controversies that happen every year are ridiculous, it is clear that the evaluations boxscore scouting than any scouting and come from popular feelings. I honestly have ceased getting upset about shit like this since it is all bullshit and has been for a while. I just have numerous fucks to provide, and this is unworthy of allocating any fucks. And the ratings guy's (yes, magnificent, 1 individual who does evaluations for the entire NFL) love of the Cowboys.
Look at them every year. Freaking roster that is piled. Their coaching staff is, if the team was that full of gift, that's a damning indictment of just how horrendous. But consider the game is made to sell to the masses, and boy do The Masses love them a few Cowboys. If we're going searching for Conspiracy Theories, it makes sense to make it fun to play with the Cowboys. Last year on hard knocks they'd two people there for like a week performing evaluations for madden. I've heard a lot they have one guy doing it. Would really like to believe there is a team.
It's the penalty. Seriously, Madden's ratings man has a hard-on for hating the Jaguars. It's tough to get credit. Even worse now they can lean on the excuse of"we're trying to create Cheap Madden 21 Coins evaluations more realistic." Which doesn't explain the Cowboys. Bonus points for stupid crap like having Minshew rated using a noodle arm since people say he lacks arm strength, but we saw him throwing deep passes accurately a year ago, proving he's projecting power, he just corrected how he throws to add more energy.
