Kazakh comedian Koyanbayev wants to run for president in upcoming Kazakhstan election

After comedian Volodymyr Zelensky has won the Ukraine election, there are all chances Koyanbayev could win, though the law says a candidate should have 5-year state service experience prior to balloting.

The snap election in Kazakhstan is due on June, 9 2019.
