I would not worry about your combat level, unless maybe you are seeking to do a few special quests requiring 85 or even 100 combat? Just do whatever seems fun for you. I hate gaining battle levels, because I love being low battle. Strange mindset possibly, but I enjoy being a battle noob. As for your goals: I think 99 RC is way to OSRS gold difficult. The people who do get it have no life at all, play with more people on one account, or RC for ages. I don't recommend it, simply because it is so slow xp. . But as the other man said you could first try like 82 or something. 99 prayer is exactly what I need to do. Though you do not like combatting, it is such a fun cape to get. .

I intend to get it myself when I get the cash. This is what I must do . Get like a high range level along with a top defence level so it is possible to earn money doing bosses. Meanwhile you train range and HP and you also make money for prayer. I would just forget about RC if I was you.
