ICT Homework #2

The current paper based system is organized in inappropriate way, because it is big notebook, where the master’s schedule, information about service and time is written. This kind of system does not provide full information about service and it is difficult to get a check in order to pay. Director of the organization can not easily control income, expenses and losses. Also, there is no organized system for purchased goods, like hair dye or shampoo. There for, sometimes hairdresser can store expired goods. All workers have an access to the system and can make changes and corrections. Sometimes it is hard to query information about time or service, because of big numbers of clients with different changes , and   it can not have multiple people use it at once.

• I will storing different number of customers, because during the week hairdressing salon serves about 20-25 customers per day, while in the holidays more than 30 customers per day use the services of the organization. Moreover, customers  can  book time in advance, so in one day 50 people can use the system and fill in form for customers, but only half of them will come exactly on this day
• The revision system will store up to 5-8 questions. So about 240-300 results of form filling per day.
• Goods database will store constantly changing number of goods. About  100-150 description of goods, taking into account the receipt of a new product every 2 weeks.
• Workers database will store information, work experience, trainings and personal data about 8 people.
• System will process lot of registrations of clients and answer results, so it need to include web based solution with fast computer.
