1.1 Organisation Information

Name of organization is hairdressing salon “Salindzh”. It has been in business for 1 year, starting from 10^th August 2014. For a short time the organization was able to earn a good reputation and customers often use the services of the hairdresser. In the organization work 8 women, who engaged in client service and one of them receive calls, orders and answering questions. List of the offered services is wide enough: haircuts, hair coloring, a variety of hairstyles for men, women and children. Hairdressing salon does not have a website and any kind of effective advertisement.

Client’s name is Rosa Ergazhina. She is director of the organization, who 1 year ago has been started this business. For Rosa it is first business experience, but over the past 20 years of hairdresser work she always wanted to work for herself. In addition to the management of the organization and the purchase of necessary goods, Rosa with other employees serving customers.

The current system is paper based and in order to sign up for service clients need to call and register. It is not always possible due to the large number of clients, so website with  computerized system, where clients can choose a convenient time, will simplify the work of the organization. Also clients have to be sure that master is a professional, therefor, for example hairdresser portfolio, will help to see the quality of master’s work.
