How Could You Start in World of Warcraft | The Complete Guide for Newbies

World of Warcraft has been in development for 16 years, and it is undoubtedly one of the richest games in the world, so it's normal for new players to get lost at the beginning. If you are someone who is interested in "World of Warcraft" but don't know where to start, then these tips will help you determine which field to jump into, the most powerful profession and how to best pursue it. We will also eliminate other information, which should help new players in a general way.

If you are looking for a cheap way to play World of Warcraft, Blizzard will provide a free trial up to level 20, you could earn more vanilla wow gold.

Choosing a Race

Once you start creating characters, there are 24 races to choose from. Everyone has a set of racial characteristics that can provide new abilities or enhance some of your existing abilities. If you hover your mouse over the portrait of the game and right-click on it, you will receive a short summary of each feature. For example, if you want to roll the night elves, you can go invisible, move faster in a mental state, have less resistance to natural damage, increase movement speed during invisibility, and have a higher escape rate when evading. There is a higher chance of a critical strike during the day, and a faster attack at night.

Each race will receive a similarly complicated list of passive and active bonuses, so this choice is more than just beautiful. However, novices cannot participate in 10 of the 24 games. If you hover your mouse over the gray matches, the text will tell you the conditions required to unlock those matches. For example, to play the role of the Void Elf, you must complete the "Battle of Argus", which is the final quest line for legion expansion.

These locked races are called alliance races, and each race needs to have a set of conditions (usually to complete a specific task line) before it can be used. Since unlocking any of these matches will take a considerable amount of time, we recommend not to solve these problems immediately.

Choosing a Class

After selecting a competition, you will notice that some classes are also grayed out. This is because no race is compatible with every profession. For example, Draenei cannot be a druid, demon hunter, warlock or thief. However, they can be warriors, hunters, wizards, priests, paladins, shamans, monks or death knights.

The game does not provide a particularly in-depth explanation of the functions of each course. However, if you select the "Class Trial" button in the lower right corner, you can play the advanced version of the class to have a feeling for them.

However, there are a few things you should know before making a final decision. After reaching level 10, you can choose between three majors. Each lesson will greatly change the way your class plays. If you create a wizard, you can choose between fire, arcane and frost feats.

This creates considerable adaptability, especially because certain classes can jump between performing Tank, DPS, and Healer roles. Druids can do this, and there are four specialization options instead of three.

Unfortunately, these classes are currently unbalanced. Each is feasible, but some features are too powerful, so if you are still not sure which course to take, then you will find the greatest success among Fire Mage, Balance Druid, Windrunner Monk, or Suffering Warlock. So far, these four people have been one of the most powerful saboteurs in the entire "Shadowlands." However, remember that metadata is always changing. We cannot guarantee that any of these categories will remain at the top of the list within six months.

We also recommend that you stick to the DPS (damage) character in the first character. The expectations of a healer or tank in "Dungeon and Assault" are too harsh for any new player.

However, don't let these suggestions spoil your fun. After all, you should take any course, race, and profession that seems to appeal to you the most without worrying too much about the state of the game. I am currently in charge of an assassination gangster who has recently been at the bottom of the DPS rankings, and my performance is pretty good (although I sometimes feel frustrated by my weaknesses).

Choose a starting Zone

After locking the character's race, occupation and further customization settings, a screen will appear that allows you to choose between the two starting areas. For example, if you want to roll the night elves, you can choose Shadowglen (a special area for this race) or Exile's reach.

Exile's reach is the new Shadowlands starting area, which can be used by almost all races and class combinations. If you are new to the game, we recommend that you start with Exile's Reach, because it is quick and complete with practical tutorials, and is the easiest way to start choosing an extension.

However, we also recommend that you give each race a unique starting area when creating other characters. They are an immersive method that allows you to thoroughly understand where you are in Azeroth (the main world in the game), without it, you might miss the excellent world building. "Road of Exile" is a good and convenient tutorial, but it hardly provides players with any help in the story and has nothing to do with the world.

Select Extension

After completing the exile range, you will be sent to the city of the main faction (Stormwind represents the alliance, Orgrimmar represents the tribe), and is automatically forced to enter the extended mission line of the Azeroth battle. If you don’t know, Battle for Azeroth is considered the worst expansion in the game, currently with 79 Metascores and a user rating of 3.1.

The content of the game is not particularly clear, but you don't have to start from this quest line. After leaving the faction city and starting to go to the designated Battle for Azeroth area, you can use Hearthstone items (checked luggage) to teleport back to your main city. After doing this, open the map and look for a blue hourglass icon. Go to the icon and meet a character named Chromie. She will give you the option to play all available campaigns.

After entering this menu, you can choose between six campaigns. For some reason, Blizzard gave them new names, and sometimes it is not clear what they are, so I will try to explain which is which.

In most cases, the Cataclysm will take you through the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, combining the original 2004 World of Warcraft and the 2010 Cataclysmic area. Other expansions are easier to explain: the gateway to Outland is the Burning Crusade, the fall of the Lich King is the wrath of the Lich King, the wilderness of Pandaria is the mist of Pandaria, the Iron Horde is the Warlord of Draenor, and the Legion Invasion is Legion. "Battle of Azeroth" and "Shadow Land" are not in the "Kromi Time" menu, because they are free to visit without them.

If you are a new player, we recommend starting with Legion, as it is often hailed as the best expansion of World of Warcraft in the 2010s. This is also one of my personal favorite games, which is largely the reason why I returned to the game after having not been in contact with the game for more than six years. Wrath of the Lich King and the Burning Crusade are also worth playing at some point, but Legion is a good entry for beginners, so what can they expect from World of Warcraft.

Choose Professions

Occupations in "World of Warcraft" are optional, but very important. With them, you can make many unique items for personal use or for sale in auction houses. However, we recommend that new players should persevere in their careers before entering Shadowlands. If you have experience, it would be fun to improve your professional level in the old expansion pack, but it usually takes a lot of effort without much return.

You can choose two main occupations, each of which falls into the category of "collection" or "production". For example, mining is a collection industry because it involves mining veins of gems and ores. Forging is a production specialty, and you can take these materials and handicrafts with you.

Usually, this synergy exists between very specific occupations. You don't want to invest in herbalism, because herbalism can collect exotic plants and then combine them with forging. There is very little cooperation (if any) between the two industries, so we recommend sticking to the two based on each other.

However, "World of Warcraft" does force you to step out of this comfort zone occasionally. For example, I use leatherworking and skinning on the protagonist. Recently, I am making a very powerful Shadowlands endgame armor called Umbrahide Leggings. It needs to make a large number of enchanted thick calluses, and this can only be instilled through the enchanting profession.

Since I don't have this career, I have been buying them from auction houses, which cost me a lot of gold. If I am really attentive, I can create a new character so that their enchantment is high enough to create the item, but this is a lot of work.

Service is another category, but it is always related to the production profession and only exists in enchantments and inscriptions. Service refers to changing the state of something, whether it is to make something have additional functions, or to add attributes to it to change your ability.

If you want to make armor yourself, there are four types of armor, and each class has one they are proficient in. Tailors can make cloth armor for magicians, priests and warlocks. Leatherworkers can make leather armor for demon hunters, druids, rogues, and monks, or make lock armor for hunters and shamans. Finally, the blacksmith can make plate armor for death knights, paladins and warriors.

Herbal medicine and alchemy allow you to make a large number of potions to heal and strengthen the state. Engineering is by far the most interesting profession because it allows you to make pets, mounts, toys, and other ridiculous items. Jewelcrafting allows you to put jewelry that enhances your identity into the armor piece, thereby providing important gains.

"World of Warcraft" also has three secondary occupations, all of which can be learned infinitely. These are cooking, archeology and fishing. We recommend that you study these and learn them casually; they are not very important, but still very interesting.

Profession is a bit of a headache, and, to be honest, I don’t recommend you to jump into these industries unless you are satisfied with the grinding of materials and emphasize the game economy that is changing with the decline in the value of handicrafts, and the price of the product. Some bastards in the frustrated enemy faction appeared and stole your farmland. But if this sounds like it’s over your alley, then you’re crazy!

Prepare for toxicity

Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid the highly toxic community of World of Warcraft, especially if you are a novice but are still struggling to get out of trouble. We recommend not to take the words of other players to heart. The community is full of gamers who work hard to shut out those who do not meet their expectations. The player will yell at your blasphemy.

16 years later, World of Warcraft is huge. It's incredibly large, and I'm sure that new players will shrink because of its size, if you tired of grinding quests and events for game gold, buy cheap wow classic gold on a safe site is a good way. Hope this guide makes it easier to solve, but in the final analysis, these are just suggestions based on my experience in the game.

You don’t need to follow any of my tips, but you should prioritize doing the right thing. There are many ways to contact "World of Warcraft", all of which are effective (as long as you are not toxic). Finally, focus on the fun during your stay in Azeroth!
