Experience in Solid Water Oy, Interviewing Workers

It is known that the Finnish technology in the field of water supply and treatment has the highest standards and is used everywhere.

We would like to tell You about the Finnish company Solid Water Oy, which truly believes that the clean water is one of the most valuable resources in the world.

Thanks to new developments and the high-quality equipment, produced in the factory and acquired by the water treatment facilities around the world, the water becomes much cleaner.

The company is very successful and continues to grow and open new potential markets, including Kazakhstan.

But who are these people, who work at the company, and every day help to make our environment better?

To answer this question, we conducted interviews with three employees of Solid Water Oy.

Ari Grav was interviewed first. Ari is working in the company for 3,5 years. He is doing welding and assembly of the equipment. The work, as Ari says, is not monotonous, and very interesting, because it is possible to travel to different work sites and cities of Finland. Ari assets that the demand for water treatment equipment always will take place. Solid Water Company is young and innovations are constantly being developed.

Harri Rasku, the second respondent, said that he is working in the company since its establishment, engaged in welding and assembly process. He is very proud of his work.

"Of course, the company is successful, but we have a room to grow and things to be improved" - he said briefly and clearly.

The third respondent, the youngest one, is a factory worker Tarmo Poikkimaki.

He is working in Solid Water Oy less than a year and has been involved into assembly of the equipment. He liked the work very much, as it focuses on his area of specialization.

When asked if he likes working for the company, Tarmo said, smiling: "I feel very comfortable and most importantly, I like what I'm doing."

These coolest guys, professionals in their field, are doing the work of Finnish quality!
