Environmental Protection Ministry proposes to postpone introduction of carbon emissions fines until 2014
Kazakh Ministry of Environmental Protection proposes to postpone the introduction of penalties from 2013 to 2014 and halve the size of fines per excess ton of greenhouse gas emissions, Environmental Protection Minister Nurlan Kapparov said today at the session of the Government.
