Entrepreneurship among youth

There is number of reasons why entrepreneurship is becoming more and more popular among Kazakhstan youth. The most important one is that now economics of our country is in crisis, unemployment is increasing and a lot of graduates can’t find work after university. So, the most enthusiastic of them start their own business.

Actually, young people have a lot of advantages of becoming entrepreneurs: they have more energy to burn, need less time to sleep and as far as they are not yet married and have no children, they have less responsibilities, which makes them ready to take risks.

Entrepreneurship is not that difficult as it seems like, but it takes a lot of time and energy. You should be 100% passionate about what you are creating.

So, how to start your own business?

First, make a research.

Entrepreneurs are often so passionate about their ideas, they can lose objectivity. Good research is half of success. Of course, sometimes the idea works anyway, in spite of a lack of market research. Unfortunately, other times, the idea crashes and burns, halting a business in its tracks.

Market research, can prove invaluable in determining your idea's potential. You can gather information from industry associations, Web searches, periodicals, federal and state agencies, and so forth. Your research plan should spell out the objectives of the research and give you the information you need to either go ahead with your idea, fine-tune it or take it back to the drawing board.

Second, make business plan.

Make sure that your business plan is impressing. You should prove to back up every claim you make. If you expect to be the leader in your field in six month, you have to say why you think so. If you say your product will take the market by storm, you have to support this statement with facts.

Be realistic with time and resources available. The financial section of a business plan is one of the most essential components of the plan, as you will need it if you have any hope of winning over investors or obtaining a bank loan. Even if you don't need financing, you should compile a financial forecast in order to simply be successful in steering your business.

Find sources.

There are a lot of special programs and funds from government for youth entrepreneurs, which can help you to attract investment with very low interest rate. Infrastructure of business support is a complex

of organizations, ensuring favorable conditions for creation, functioning and development of private entrepreneurship. In the Republic of

Kazakhstan such organizations include: the state and created on the initiative of the state organization; non-governmental organizations; a

commercial organization. Depending on the functional orientation, the structure of the institutes infrastructure is defined as follows: state support and assistance during the stages of formation, functioning and development of business; financial support; information-analytical support; support in education and skills development; logistical support.

To summarize, the formation of business environment among young people can help our country to create the base class of young businessmen, the critical mass that will compete in the world market, using various kinds of regional expansion strategies. Thus, take all the opportunities life gives you, and if there is no one, you should create them by yourself.
