Are the students of KazNU after AL-Farabi happy ?

The short time survey for theme “Happy University Index” is done on www.surveymonkey.com . This survey had been lasted for two days. In two days, I asked  28 students. The main aim of my survey is to reveal “Are students happy at our University? ” by their opinion. In addition, this all of respondents in this survey are who graduated or currently students of  KazNU.

About Survey: Actually, the questions on this survey was done by myself as an author. Survey include 10 questions. They are:

1. Your Gender?
2. For what do you come to University?
3. Do you have a place in the area of our campus, where you can feel yourself comfortable?
4. Being a student is not only studying , what you prefer to do in free time ?
5. Write your opinion, who is happy student?
6. What do you think? Does our University needs some promotion ?
7. Have you ever heard a positive comments about our University ?
8. How often and what do you tell for your relatives or friends about our University ?
9. Why did you choose this University ?
10. Who are you ? (alumni or currently student)

As I mentioned the main target of this survey is to reveal attitude of students at university. These questions in survey revealed , that, just under 80% of students are coming  to university to take a knowledge , rest of respondents are coming to university in order to be with friends and other reasons. Than , undoubtedly, most of the answerers has an own cozy places. Certainly, it’s impossible to find out cozy place at very large area, where are many buildings and event centers. At next question, most number of students are divided for two groups, 12 answerers choose to spend their free time to do some activity or type of sports, the next 12 respondents out of 28 are seems little bit lazier , cause they prefer just to having fun with friends that means to do nothing. So, rest 5 respondents out of 28 are ready to use free time for doing research. Fifth question on this survey was about an own opinion of respondents, well, 50%(14) respondents are replied. Most of answers were about the studying process, like, happy students is who don’t have any problem at university and who passed examination for very excellent. These answers I predicted so. Indeed, does our university needs some promotion ? they think so, because, 86% of repliers clicked so. Unbelievably, that one of the most famous and prestigious educations center is need for promotion. The next question is may be key question to reveal attitudes of students to University. So, approximately, 100% of replies are talking that they often tells to their relatives and friends about KazNU very positively. That’s no doubt that KazNU is very prestigious and  has a qualitative knowledge  in the country, therefore that’s 57%  respondents came here to take a qualitive education.

In overall, I can say surely that students at our University are very happy. Ten questions in survey are proved that approximately 90% students are happy to be here and to study here,  independently at prestige of  KAZNU.
