ALAKOL NATURAL RESERVE GRANTED STATUS OF UNESCO BIOSPHERE RESERVE
The Alakol state natural reserve has been designated the UNESCO biosphere reserve within the framework of a forum in Astana on the occasion of inauguration of the International Decade for the Rapprochement of Cultures.
