Akmola rgn: Villagers learn and demonstrate “green” technologies

The training Center “National Academy of “green” technologies and practices” has been opened recently in September this year. Its main objective is to obtain system knowledge on “green” economy and technology, familiarization with the practice of the use of energy and water-saving technologies.

The new center is located on an area of ​​1050 square meters. The center is equipped with 15 “green” innovations: pyrolysis heating, solar panels and collectors, energy efficient pumps.

One of the most effective and durable solar collectors giving hot water and steam is located there. By the way, each visitor of the center can get expert advice and practical assistance in the application and adaptation of “green” technologies.

“I see that the center “National Academy of “green” technologies and practices” turns into a demonstration and pilot site. And it’s right, because this is a unique project, there is no analogues in Kazakhstan. You teach children to live in a new way. I always support any initiative that benefits our residents”, Kulagin said.

Creation of the center is the contribution of Kazakhstani NGOs and international organizations in the implementation of the concept on transition of Kazakhstan to the “green” economy and preparing for EXPO-2017.

The participants of the course will be able to get practical skills in adapting “green” technologies on a principle “villagers show and teach”. As a result of complex learning of the basics of “green” business course the students receive certificates.
