A roundtable with Dr. James G. McGann, the creator of Global Go To Think Tank Index (University of Pennsylvania)

In anticipation of the AEF Kazakhstan PPP center organized roundtable with the participation of delegates from the USA, Belarus, Azerbaijan and local analytical centers.

The roundtable was dedicated to the development of effective change management in turbulent conditions.

Due to the implementation of institutional reforms in Kazakstan, the emergence of a new economic reality and social media revolution, analysts of PPP center suggest using of institutional, situational and project management approaches as tools of change management in economic sectors.

PPP center is effectively working on this direction, applying its experience to the implementation of infrastructure projects and moreover applying the obtained knowledge to the performances of state agencies. And that is what PPP center sees as a key moment to the sustainable development.
