Побегав немного по локациям, что заметил - исправил, кто хочет в чём помочь в виде заплаток и т.д. - милости прошу, ибо один в поле не воин) Установить игру Morrowind Overhaul Обязательно запустить Morrowind Launcher.exe, зайти в меню Опции выбрать нужное Вам разрешение, нажать ОК
Перевод сбивается из-за англоязычных модов. С год назад где-то я здесь выкладывал свою сборку модов (без самой игры), можете поискать (ключевые слова - Morrowind plugins). Внутри есть инструкция, все протестировано, все на русском. FPS Optimizer - такая бяка, работает исключительно на некоторых компах. Вообще, пользы от него, как от известного рогатого животного молока, так что его лучше сразу снести.
