Great. Another input which does about 4 items. If 2k really want to Nba 2k21 Mt improve that they will need to drastically alter the control scheme. When one button or stick input dors 4 things it will become arbitrary fortune over skill. I dont think they have an option, there arent enough buttons on a control for everything, and they cant make it a mix like L2+square or something because L2 is already reserved for pole moves and r2 is for different sprinting moves.
Take and one fix I thought of would be have to take square, and just dunk and to try when near the basket, leave the rod to be layups along with dribble moves. I think that would allow it to be more deliberate, letting go of r2 if you would like to pull up, keeping the momentum of this character making it a leaner or fade. If you would like to stop on a dime you should have to press L2 or R3 then shoot. L2 and square are a pole jump shot (either a fade or a jump involving basket based on left stick input) and L2 + directly stick will be hooks and post transfer layups. I believe something like this needs to change because every participant has wanted something to happen however, the game simply gives a dodgy as fuck cartoon.
When they made it feasible to always attempt to dip with r2+square, then think everybody would just spam it, dunks would be way too op and reliable, or theyd need to nerf it and youd brick every dunk unless you were broad open. Finishing in the paint will be the biggest match changer if you're able to finish through contact. It's currently impossible to finish against Kareem, Yao etc and it compels everyone to jack up 3's. I faced a man on MyTeam who simply ran into the hash and didn't set a SINGLE PnR all game and jacked up 3's shooting at . They will need to reward players for playing basketball the ideal way. They have to allow floaters euro steps, from the paint, spin moves that don't only make you drop the ball! Fix finishing then you'll see folks jacking up 3's.
Its difficult to keep up with that if you can Shoot 60 percent on 3s readily. That equals 90% shooting on 2s. Just get rid of this stupid Green 100% aide and we are fine. They need to somehow fix the flow of movement. The flow was damaged in 20, somehow, I felt as though we had more control of the players at 19 and 18, but in 20 the players became, somehow, deep and blocky. Sounds meh. Dont expect them to create shooting fair. Badges are whack and it doesn't look like they'll create badges sim soon.
