3 Lessons I learned while living in Los Angeles

Thinker

Now, every human being thinks. Every human being produces thoughts and comes up with different ideas. So did I for all my life, until I came to LA. big difference between me thinking before and after is just learning to do good analysis of things happening around me and in my head, also being able to combine them perfectly. There are couple questions that helped me to do it. question that I came up, came to me while I was making my grocery shopping in mall. Every time I wanted to buy something I asked myself whether I need it or not? And because I was broke international student I usually ended up with buying half of the basket. As a result with question "Do I really need it?" I went pretty long and interesting way of sorting things not only with grocery shopping but with my life too. Each time I am given a chance to choose anything in my life, first thing I do is ask myself "do I really need it?". Now, if I ended up with positive answer I came to next question. I would like to add that next question is kind of a tricky one, because it depends on your life values and the way you accept your surrounding. Second question that I came up with was "What will it give me?/How will I advance?". For some people this question feels alright for another egoistic, else they don't care. This question helped me to determine the priority of things that should be taken and the way of organizing my schedule. And in my head, priorities where given with the points from 1 to 5. The higher priority the higher is the point for it. Third question that came to me was "Did it work out?". This question is pretty simple. It is a good way to sum up everything that I came up with in the end.

For most of the people this wouldn't be such a nonsense, because this is how people usually do stuff. But because I had hard time learning managing my life style and how I felt the my surroundings, I had to take everything openly clear in order to see my feedback. I am planning to add new questions and process of analyzing. Which I feel is a good way of doing it.
