Second gen Nexus 7 does blow the first gen out of the water I will be a witness to that with my experience owning both. S4 is sweet.Yeah I think the Nexus is really fast.I didn't have the first edition but I gather it blows it out of the water in all areas and yeah the screen is sharp. I don't have one but played with a demo S4 phone for at least 30 minutes and liked the look, feel, screen, speed, etc on the phone. When my company phones is up for an upgrade next spring I will strongly consider getting the Galaxy S4.
Waiting for a case to be mailed to me to take mine out and about from home, when am home i can't put mine down either. I haven't put mine down since I got it Friday. It's like using my nexus 4, but bigger, with more awesome. It makes my Nexus 4 feel small now though. Now I just need to figure out a stand for use at work. Put the old playbook up for sale.
I got mine Thursday night and played with it for 4 hours until the device told me low battery plug it in the charger. I used it over the weekend for at least 6 hours to 10 hours every day on the usage on Saturday and Sunday. I bet you typed your reply on the new nexus 7
I like to know your thoughts about the new Nexus 7 the screen brightness and sharpness, the speed, the smoothness on the graphics on games, the extra 1 GB of RAM makes a difference in load times for apps and games and can have a lot more apps open.
The new tablet looks 4 times sharper and brighter screen. My games load 3 to 4+ times faster and Apps load at least 2 times faster and I can easily have more than 2 times the amount of games, apps open before I get low on RAM.
