**The Naked and Famous** are a [rock band](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_band) from New Zealand.

Their single "[Young Blood](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Blood_(The_Naked_and_Famous_song))" debuted on the New Zealand chart at number one in 2010—the first New Zealand artist in three years to do so. The Naked and Famous released their first studio album, *[Passive Me, Aggressive You](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passive_Me,_Aggressive_You)*, on 6 September 2010.
