I like seeing people exercising to somehow get in shape. It usually draws a long smile on my thin face. But you should consider this as a friend supporting smile. Winter is undoubtedly a tough period of time when we gain some unhealthy habits and unnecessary weight. To shed them mostly with spring coming we enter the gyms hesitantly. To make a look of confidence we actually don't give a shit to others. We pretend to come for self-care. But mostly people are concerned about thoughts people may have of them. Time of counting carbs and calories. Back to math again? Right?
