Over 20 legislation acts are expected to be amended and changed during the transition to the “Green Economy”, the Minister of Environment and Water Resources Nurlan Kapparov said during the “Round table” in Majilis, BNews.kz reports.
“The bill concept “Concerning Amendments and Additions to Some Acts Regarding the Transition to “Green Economy” established the following purposes: efficiency and management increase of resources use (water, land, biological, etc.); modernization of the existing and construction of the new infrastructure on the basis of new resource-saving technologies; wellbeing and environment quality increase through profitable ways of environment pressure mitigation; national security, including water safety,” N.Kapparov said.
According to him, the bill amends and imposes some additions to waste, air quality, water use and reproduction and biological resources systems.
