REPORT on results of the Online Video-conference “Development of the quotas market for greenhouse gases emissions (GHG) in the Republic of Kazakhstan” carried out under the preparation to Smart Green Business Forum AEF-7

On February 13, 2014  the Scientific Research and Education Center “Green Academy” in cooperation with Ministry of Environment and Water Resources conducted  the Online-conference on the theme “Development of the quotas  market for greenhouse gases emissions (GHG) in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The online conference was organized under the  preparation to panel session «Smart Green Business Forum» AEF-7 in order to raise the awareness of enterprises on prospects of establishing emissions trading system (ETS) and the development of the quotas market for greenhouse gas emissions.
