Suddenly I got a simple obvious thoughts.
Every natural population on our planet lives like a mono organism.
This means that every single unit of population behaves as a cell in organism and it consumes as much as it needs to exist.
When a group of random cells start to consume enormous amounts of blood (power, energy, money :-) its called a growth or blastema. It's a disease, it's not normal and unnatural, and finally it's not fair. Oh is it? :-)
And... My dear kazakhstani fellows, don't you find some anologies between this stuff and with BS happening around us here?
You guys won't find aforementioned text anywhere else (hint on copypaste). Oh, btw, I've found some real eng-rus words' translations for very specific terms and my 1st word is following:
kazakhstani government clerk - pizdabol
