Read your information and very much was delighted. We have in Kazakhstan estimation of intellectual property and creative possibilities of the perspective worker all remains a difficult barrier. Many of us independently solve the problems and achievement of the purposes and tasks despite difficulties and некомпетентности6 in which I was one of dissidents.
The whole world today learned more and started to respect Kazakhstan in connection with a brilliant victory of our Olympians in London-2012.
I teach many years and I conduct active research work. Within 20 years I tried to lift system of science and education of Kazakhstan on higher world level. Since 1990 developed the alternative Atameken program. But time isn't necessary on a place. Kazakhstan became one of participants of Bologna Process. Higher education institutions and schools where worked often take part in programs Tempus, Erazms Mundus and other competitions.
At us huge desire to participate in all your projects. Frankly speaking, we need to more open global integration to communication. Though 52 years I am very glad to me that I am with you together afloat. On his Homeland in Kazakhstan his many fellow countrymen couldn't suffer world-wide great scientist Al Farabi for that it knew much. He didn't know where to put the invaluable knowledge presented to it Supreme Allakham. Soon he forcedly left Kazakhstan and on a camel according to ShcheokovomPuti reached Persia and Bessarabia. Before farewell he answered svlyдрузьм: «My fault that I wanted gives all wishing the Knowledge source», the great wise man told.
